This service is to turn on or turn off your Air Conditioning/Furnace or Heat Pump system for the upcoming season. We will make sure everything is running properly and if we see something that looks like it needs repairs, we will bring this to your attention at that time.

• Ignite Furnace if needed, inspect for proper flame.
• Lubercate moving parts.
• Check for gas leaks.
• Switch "cookie sheet" or damper.
• Inspect filter.
• Clean out furnace ashes or loose debris.
• Check and setup thermostat as requested.

This service is to rebuild your cooler.

• Replace cooler water pump.
• Lubercate cooler motor and squirrel cage bearings.
• Replace the cooler spider (water distribution system)
• Clean out lime build up.
• Chemical cooler delime treatment.
• Replace cooler pads.
• Paint the bottom of the cooler water pan.
