General Repairs

For all those little jobs from fixing faucets, stopping drips, replacing old piping, replacing valves, repairing toilets, repairing water heaters, fixing underground water leaks, fixing gas lines.  Or maybe you just need us to determine what is wrong and then fix it.  All these types of jobs we charge by the hour, $59 for the first half hour and $65 for each additional hour plus parts.  You will find our rates much less than most other companies that are charging one hundred plus dollars per hour. 

Faucet Special (whole house)

We will come out and repair all the faucets in your home with this special.  For $129 plus parts we will take each faucet apart and replace worn parts and lubricate them so they work smoothly.  This includes your kitchen faucet, bathtub/shower faucets, and lavatory faucets.  This does not include replacing faucets, but if one is beyond repair we can do that for you also.  This is a special and coupons are not allowed for this service.  Maximum of 8 faucets add $20 for each additional.  Residential only.

Toilet Special (whole house)

Are your toilets in need of some TLC?  With our toilet special, we will come out and replace the flappers, fill valves & supply lines to all your toilets for $109 plus parts (20% discount on parts).  Toilets need to have their parts replaced every couple years, its usually a good idea to replace them all at once.  This is a special and coupons are not allowed for this service.  Maximum of 4 toilets add $20 for each additional.  Residential only.

Replace Supplies & Stops Special

Ready to add some high quality supplies and stops to your entire house?  These are the shut off valves and flexible pipes that come out of your wall and lead to your faucets and toilets.  Most builders do not put quality valves and supplies on, or once they reach about 10 years of age they are ready to be replaced.  Now you can have them all replaced at once with this special.  We use the highest quality braid steel supplies and 1/4 turn shut off valves.  This service is $199 plus parts (20% discount on parts).  This is a special and coupons are not allowed for this service.  Maximum of 3 bathrooms included with this special.  Residential only.
