Diagnostic & Repair

Most HVAC (Heating, Venting and Air Conditioning) repairs start out as a diagnostic service.  Our basic diagnostic service is $65 and we will spend up to an hour diagnosing your system if needed.  If we determine that your system needs repairs, we will consult you and determine what work you wish to have performed.  Once we have an understanding on how you wish to proceed we will give you can estimate on the job and ask for your approval before we begin. 

Seasonal Changeover

When its time to switch from heating to cooling or cooling to heating.  We can come out and do a once over on each piece of equipment and make sure things are running good.  We will also make small adjustments and lubricate any parts that need it.  This service is $65 per household.  Commercial equipment is charged hourly.

Swamp Cooler Service

Swamp coolers need to be serviced at least 2 times a year. We will come out and replace your cooler pads, scrap off any lime buildup, replace your cooler water pump, adjust or replace your float, lubricate bearings and clean or replace your spider (yes this is a part). We charge $85* plus parts for this service.

Thinking about replacing your heating and cooling equipment? We will be happy come out and take a look at your system. We do not have pressure salesmen, we will just offer advice and let you decide. Our estimators can usually respond the same or next day. We will also be happy to discuss your situation over the phone first if you prefer, just call our office and ask to speak with a Hvac Estimator.

Other Types of Service

For all those other types of service and/or repairs. Our rates are $79 for the first half hour and $85 per hour after. This is for work that you know what you want done and a technician does not have to diagnose the system or the problem.
