Drain Cleaning

Our basic drain cleaning service. For clearing out clogged kitchen sinks, bathrooms sinks, tubs, showers, laundry, or floor drains. Our basic service is $95* for the first drain and $75 for any additional drains. This service includes a 30 day warranty. Some problem drains may require additional service beyond the basic service. We also offer Hydro-jetting and chemical treatments for those more troublesome drains.

Sewer Cleaning

Our basic sewer cleaning service. For clearing out the sewer line the runs from your house to the main city sewer or your septic tank. Our basic service is $125* for cleaning up to 75 feet of sewer line. This service includes a 30 day warranty. Some problem sewers may require additional service beyond the basic service. We also offer Hydro-jetting and RootX root destroying chemical treatments for those more troublesome sewers.  Runs longer than 75 feet may require a cleanout installation.

Hydro-Jetting

Our hydro-jetting service provides high pressure water jetting that effectively washes the remains in the drain line instead of pushing it more into the pipes and completely removes remains from your line, decreasing the chances of future blockage by bringing your line back near original capacity. This service is $159 for the first hour and $95 per hour after (minimum 1 hour charge). Most lines can be cleared within 1 hour. Toilet Unclogging

Unclogging a toilet can be performed for $59*. Sometimes problem toilets plug up over and over, this is usually because the toilet it old and not functioning properly. Many toilets have hidden problems within the trap of the toilet. These problems are sometimes a result of poor manufacturing. If you have a toilet that gives you troubles often, consider replacing it with our list of quality toilets.
